Problems with your credit card datas
Your credit card can be rejected by any of the following reasons:
- The credit card may be expired. You have to check that your credit card doesn´t exceed the validity date.
- It may have been reached credit card limit. You have to check with your bank that your credit card doesn´t exceed the amount allowed to do purchases.
- Maybe some introduced data is incorrect. Check that you have filled in all necessary fields correctly.
Bill to company
You can request a bill to company's name only if you have checked the option of 'company' in personal data and fill in the fiscal data which we request you.
Security in the use of the credit cards for payment completion
Data is transmitted by SSL encrypted form, for your safety. For payment with Visa and Mastercard only are accepted transactions SEC (Secure Electronic Commerce). When verifying that the credit card is attached to the SEC system, the system will connect with bank which has issued the credit card for that the buyer authorizes the purchase. When the bank confirms of the authentication, the charge will be made on the card. Otherwise the order will be canceled.
