Refund of a product
Refunds will be because of a manufacturing defect or breakdown passed on by himself, never by poor handling or electrical breakdown.
You can return a product since the same country where the purchase was performed, if you enter into www.lapadanaiberica.com. Products must be in perfect condition and its corresponding sealed packaging.
After verifying all data, we will send a carrier to pick up the product in the next 24 hours (always that it is possible). For agree on the collection, transport company will contact you. If for any reason, you does not like the date which they propose, you contact them to change it.
Refund deadline
The deadline for any refund is 1 month from the shipping confirmation email.
Price of refund
Refunds have a cost for the customer. Only refund will be free if the product is physically damaged.
Refund amount
Once the return is approved, you will receive the amount in the same way you made your purchase (products must be in perfect condition) you will receive a confirmation email telling you that the amount is credited to your account within a few days.
